2GetherEvent headquartered in Bonn since 2006 has been responsible office as the meeting of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for the organization, implementation and support of alumni special projects.
The DAAD is an association (eV) of the universities and student in the Federal Republic of Germany to promote international academic exchange.
Alumni, former award holders who have studied at German universities are regarded as important partners for German science and industry and therefore will continue to maintain this contact especially.
With the Alumni special projects from Africa, Asia, Latin America, DAAD in Germany tries to support trained professionals with advanced training and giving them opportunities to come to terms with German science and industry representatives in contact. Alumni Special projects are characterized by a combined project structure. The alumni will get a one-week training at a German university. Then they attend a trade show or conference in order to bring the latest developments and to realize particular contacts with the exhibitors.
The Millennium Development Goals enjoy these projects a priority. The technical orientation of alumni special projects, therefore been based on six key priorities. In particular, these are water, food, medicine, renewable energy, education and biodiversity.

As the recent success of 2GetherEvent in the accounts and that the significant commitment of its employees has contributed significantly to the Alumni Special Projects of the DAAD in the framework of the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development "as the official project 2009/2010 were awarded.
2GetherEvent and 2GetherTeam are responsible not only for the preparation, organization and program for the care and advice of international participants, the amount depending on the project up to 200 participants from at least 40 different countries.
Here come the benefit of language skills of employees whose experience abroad as well as their professional, friendly and sensitive handling of cultural diversity.
During the fairs the 2GetherTeam presented at DAAD stand the functions and objectives of DAAD. At the same time you help a communications network between the DAAD, NGOs and trade fair visitors build.
The very good scores of the participants reflect the success of 2GetherEvent in the evaluation forms.
